Please Help Me

i buy 1 machine , my machine is for 3 servers , only i use 2 server for now , but one server no open , when i want open say Cbuf_InsertText: overflow


this menssage Cbuf_InsertText: overflow repeated million times

i can not open 1 server, plz help me :(
