What type of servers are you trying to make?

Honestly, if you're not even sure where to begin, it might make more sense for you to choose a managed service.

i am making cs 1.6 server and i dont know how to make it plz help me

There are guides everywhere on how to set up a 1.6 server. It isn't hard but if you are completely lost, managed would be a much better option for you. You can go to the vds order page and modify your server to be managed for either windows or linux.

then I can only run 1 server with port :27015?
i have seen usa server mostly with port 27015

You would be able to run one server at port 27015 per IP address.

On managed you get as many IP addresses as game servers, so they would all be using :27015(default port)
