Wampserver issue

HI there at nfo. Im Sign-gaming's co-owner and are in desperate need of some help with a issue with our wampserver. Yesterday we put up the website and everything worked fine but today when we tried visiting the site, it gave us a very weird error:
Forbidden

You don't have permission to access / on this server.



We tried all sorts of things(Reinstalling the OS,Firewall settings) but nothing helped we therefor hope you guys with your long expertise could help us with this
