Can softwares installed on one system under some agreement be transferrable? I want to install an autocad software for student version, on my current lappy as I need it urgently. But in few months, i intend to buy a new laptop. Can i again install the same software in the new one?

This depends on the specific software and its associated licensing agreement. With most software, you can uninstall it on one machine and install it on another, but you would need to check this one to be sure.
