"Remember Login Info" is not working on my site.

Hello! My name is Justin, and I just started a server with a website. My problem is that for me, and all of the people who have registered on my forums, the "Remember Login Info" option, only works if you stay on the website. If you leave, you have to login again the next time you join. At first I thought that it was a problem with the cookies, so I changed the cookie address to these three things:

None have worked. NFO support told me to come here, so any help would be much appreciated!

Asuming you're runing phpbb3 ....

This is what i did when i used PHpBB3 - This method worked and users were able to stay logged in.

Sign into you`re ACP control panel Select the general tab ontop left then scroll down to you`re left pane and click Cookie settings.

So for example my board URL is http://www.Nomercykillers.com I would manually type this in.Delete what you have there already as default.

Cookie domain: .nomercykillers.com (Make sure there is a dot in front and dont put www infront) Cookie name: nomercy (Called it anything)

Hit submit

You should be able to stay logged in after that.It should remember you're login info automaticallywhen you goto your site
