Hello, how long does it usually take before space is freed up. I am dying to upgrade my Chicago VDS. Literally that is the only thing on my mind. I need to upgrade to get more CPU and RAM. With 40 players, I notice the RAM is up to about 89% and the CPU is about 75%-90%. Servers getting popular, and I can't handle the amount of players that would like to join. Thank you for your time.

We're working to roll out new hardware to multiple datacenters and create more VDS space -- I don't have an exact ETA, but we're looking at possibly late next week.

In the meantime, you can try submitting your request and seeing if the page allows it through. If it gets through, and you activate the change immediately, you'll get what you asked for.

Thanks for your quick reply! I just tried and it sad this. "An error was encountered when processing your order. You have submitted a change order request that would erase one or more servers from your package: HvsB (a ts server)

How can I get around this?

That just means you forgot to reselect your add-on TS3 server . Make sure to select everything that you had before, including any additional server options, then modify those specifications before submitting.
