I'm having trouble setting up my NFO email with an external mail client. Customer support recommended me make a thread here as I'll get a more in-depth response. I appreciate the help by the way!
Sending emails won't work. Receiving emails do work. Sometimes it even says that the password is incorrect but I've made sure multiple times that it is.
You were right. My firewall was part of the issue, it also seems that a certificate verification thing was also a problem. It mentioned something about "mail.nfoservers.com" not be legitimate or something.
