Are Dedicated Servers gone?

I was hoping to be able to purchase a Dedicated Server (not virtual), for BF4. I rent a couple virtuals from NFO now and know you have limits for BF4 slots on them.

Do you still offer Dedicated servers? I don't see them on the list :(
