Google has made available a live map that shows when and where DDoS attacks are happening across the world. An interesting, if slightly disconcerting, resource.

Re: Google has made available a live map that shows DDoS Att
They seems to have done this mostly for marketing purposes (also marketing their partner, Arbor, which sells DDoS mitigation solutions). They're trying to move people over to their proxy service, which is a competitor to CloudFlare, and they're starting in the usual Google way with a limited, free beta program. But, if this also raises awareness about attacks, that's good.
I was a bit surprised that the attacks weren't larger. From what they posted, we regularly see attacks as large as theirs.
