Downloaded the latest signed GPLPV drivers and cannot complete the installation of them on a fully updated installation of Windows 2008 R2 (a VDS on a dedicated server). I've tried loading the OS in test mode - but the installation sticks about 60% of the way through the install.
The created VDS is 4 core, 8 gb, 200gb hdd.
Anyone have any ideas?

The servers should come with the latest stable version from http://www.meadowcourt.org/downloads/. Which one are you testing?
I haven't seen problems with installing GPLPV on Windows 2008 R2 yet myself.

Re: GPLPV Installation Issues on Windows 2008 R2
This issue is on a VDS I created on one of your Dedicated Servers with XCP. After a fresh install of Windows 2008 R2 I tried to install "gplpv_Vista2008x64_signed_0.11.0.372". The installation doesn't complete.. left it over night and still no progress.
To be more accurate - I first tried the same unsigned download from meadowcourt.org (same issue) then went with the signed drivers from univention.de.
Did usual Google and nFO search before asking here.

Ah. I'm not sure, then. Does the Windows log give any hints?

Cannot see anything in Windows logs.. however if generating a log file through GPLPV installation package I see issues.
The last few lines (the are quite a few before) are looking like this (at the point of the install "hanging"):
Looking online I see suggestions about trying to boot in safemode and installing then - however when I try this the OS crashes on the login screen and reboots.

I'm not familiar enough with your version of Xen and your domU configuration to say for certain where to go next on it. You could potentially ask the GPLPV author, or try different Xen-side configuration variables.

Will find a way - and no problem, just thought another member of the community might have had same experience and worked it out.
Will post resolution in due course.

Hi!
I'm stuck with the same problem.
Did anyone find any solution?

soham, we do not have any customers running XCP right now, as far as I know. What are you running?
