feeblemedic, we will deploy as soon as we receive it. DICE does not send to all providers at the same time, for some reason.

Unfortunately, no. Our instructions are to roll the patch immediately. (It's also unlikely that this is the type of patch we could incrementally roll out, but we don't have the choice.)
