We presently have a server with 48 players on our managed VDS and thinking of having 2X24 instead.
Do I have to delete my present server and create the other ones? Or can I just modify the fist one and create a new one?

You'll need to do go to the order page and change the server into a 24 slot before you'll be able to add a second 24 slot. Our system won't detect that you've manually changed the slots.
