Need help with a DayZ Epoch Taviana server

I downloaded the server files off their site,Taviana for Epoch, Arma 2 and OA from Steam, Epoch and Taviana off DayZ commander and put them all in the same folder. Have XAMPP installed with Apache and MySQL running with a database setup (using their sql file) for the server. I edited the HiveExt with the database info.
I start it with: start "arma2" /min "Expansion\beta\arma2oaserver.exe" -port=2315 "-config=instance_13_Tavi\config.cfg" "-cfg=instance_13_Tavi\basic.cfg" "-profiles=instance_13_Tavi" -name=instance_13_Tavi "-mod=@tavi_DayZ_Epoch;@DayZ_Epoch;@DayZ_Epoch_Server;"
It starts up fine far as I can tell, I can join the lobby, it goes through the loading process, but when it gets towards the end at authentication it says something like: this server is running an incorrect version of the server software. And that's where I'm stuck.

Oh, I also wanted to run Taviana 2.0 instead but I could not figure out how as I'm still brand new to Arma2 hosting.

Normally this happens when a server isn't running the correct version of some software. I've only seen this when the server wasn't running the Arma 2 beta. Does this specific mod require this?

So I need the beta version of the server .exe maybe? I have the client one.

I can't seem to find where to get it so I tried using the one you get through DayZ Commander, still getting stuck at authentication.

Looking at my start line again and I see I was using it already, hah.

I tried to get a Epoch Tavianna going in the past but I had the same issues you did, so I gave up.

Okay I started over and tried using Taviana 2.0 and now I get error: Failed to load file "F:\DayzEpochTav\TEST SERVER\pmc\addons\air_pmc.pbo" - decrytion of headers failed.

Than it starts anyways and I try to join and it gets stuck at wait for host.

Got past that by deleting the PMC and BAF folders and now it's failing at authentication again. I must have screwed up the database part somewhere huh?

I uninstalled XAMPP and installed php, phpmyadmin, and mysql myself, it starts the server fine and I'm able to join, thanks all.
