How do I make it so there are reserved slots on my TTT server, but the game becomes full and when a person who is reserved (VIP) wants to join, it kicks a random player?

That is possible to change in the settings menu under ULX. There are three different options there, and you would just select the one that kicks the newest player when a VIP would join. I have it set this way on my own server, but am uncertain as to whether it functions properly in all scenarios, as I have the highest rank and still can't join when it is full.

But it says Admins, is there away to allow another group as well?
