What would I need?

Alright, so I am in a Battlefield 4 clan which has numerous Battlefield 4 game servers and they are looking to upgrade. I was very impressed with your servers before and still to this date. The owner of the group is going to be purchasing a VDS for Battlefield 4 and we are looking into web hosting where I have a extreme lack of knowledge of the limitations and so on. Anyways, my questions are below.

1. Does the web hosting come with a VDS like it does with a game server?
2. We are looking to have a "different" type of website which I don't know if your hosting will support it or not.

The owner is interested in having a site that performs the same functions as shown in the link below this. http://www.templatemonster.com/flash-te ... 11637.html He was also interested in templates such as this http://www.templatemonster.com/category ... templates/

I know that I am probably being very vague but I honestly have no idea about this type of stuff and would greatly appreciate any advice. Thanks!

Our webhosting does not come with VDS's, but our basic webhosting starts at $2.99.

Those just look like basic flash templates, they should work here without any issue.
