How can we enable either a ping limit or at least a country

Is it possible to implement a limit on someones ping fopr joining our server, or at least make it so that only USA/Canada would be able to join?

Procon offered plugins for high ping kicker, and another one for country kicker on BF3.
They might work with BF4.

We used country kicker to kick anyone from Russia, because looking at pbbans ban list, most of the hackers originated from there.

You need a Procon Layer host, or run one from your own machine 24/7 by just keeping the Procon app open.
NFO doesn't currently offer Procon Layer Hosting servers (but they should, hint hint! ) - there are other places that provide the Procon Layer Hosting at roughly $5/mo. I won't link to them though because that probably against forum rules.

You can get a Virtual Dedicated Server from NFO which would give you a lot more flexibility, but those start at $25/mo and might be overkill for some users.
