Is websync possible on an unmanaged VDS?
Simple question, is it possible on an unmanaged VDS to setup websync with PBSS? I was sent here by support....

Technically it's possible but it wouldn't be able to work with our websync function here. You would need to build your own script to check FTP and pull the screenshots and transfer them to your VDS.
@Kraze^NFo> Juski has a very valid point
@Juski> Got my new signature, thanks!
@Kraze^NFo> Out of context!
@Juski> Doesn't matter!
@Juski> You said I had a valid point! You can't take it back now! It's out there!

Definitely a big reason to shy away from unmanaged for me. Would recommend the same to you unless you really know what you are doing and don't mind lots of extra work.
Re: Is websync possible on an unmanaged VDS?
I would love to stay away from an unmanaged vds but I need a few things like procon running with Web Access to chat and event logs. If it was possible to install procon on a managed vds and allow the access I'm looking for then I would do it. We also need to setup mysql databases for procon.

The flexibility and independence of running un-managed far out weigh any cons. Un-managed is always the way to go, if you know what you are doing.
