What size server and game mode are you guys running?

Running conquest, rush, domination and tdm servers. 64 and 48 slots, and runs fine.

I will be honest, haven't played a single min of bf4 yet but I am asking others and they are saying no problem whatsoever.

I'm also streaming to pbbans, procon and rconnet.
