Psychostats FTP connection timeout during cron to update sta

Anyone know how to fix this issue? I keep getting the following message when trying to update stats:

[WARNING] PS::Feeder::ftp error connecting to FTP server: Net::FTP: connect: Con
nection timed out

These errors just started showing up 4 days ago. PS worked fine on NFO server for a couple months. I have used PS for years on other servers and never had this problem before.

Support says that the IP (external, not NFO web hosting) from which the connection is being established is not blocked.
