Random server dumps =/

I was wondering if any of you guys were having the problem with people randomly being kicked. It happens as various times for no reason. One min there will be 12-14 ppl playing, and the next 8 people will just drop. Its happened to me, and i get no error messages or anything. Just, all of a sudden, it goes back to the counter-strike screen. Like i was never connected.

Can someone help meh??

Also, what do i have to change so that people wont get kicked because of their names?

disable hlguard or remove it completely

to disable:

put // in front of the hlguard line in metamod/plugins.ini

to remove:

shut down server and go into ftp, addons -> delete hlgaurd folder.

then go into metamod/plugins.ini and remove the hlguard_mm.dll line.

thats it.
