Custom loadouts not functioning

On my server we have custom weapon loadouts for different people based on what group they are in. It has worked fine up until today when I added a new loadout for a group to the list of other loadouts and now nobody spawns with their own loadout. Any idea what could be causing this problem?

Problem has been resolved. I don't know how to delete my posts so if someone wants to delete it go right ahead.
