I am currently trying to install this admin package / tool kit for a DayZ Epoch server I have on my VPS:

Now, I have this on my web hosting purchased with NFO and I am on the install page right now. Here's what it looks like. (I changed the actual VPS IP to the local host IP):
Now for some reason I get this error:
It used to say "hosted18.nfoservers.com" instead of "208.146.35.23"
I am currently using the tool XAMPP on the VPS, here is the mysql config for it:
