How can I fix this issue. Keep in mind, this is Windows IIS 7, not Linux so there is no chmod.Theme Error: C:\inetpub\wwwroot\bansmaster/themes_c/ MUST be writable.

IIS 7 File Permissions.
Hey guys, I am attempting to install sourcebans on my VPS and I am using IIS 7 with everything needed. I am having one issue, file permissions. When I attempt to visit the website, I get this error:

Try unchecking read only in the folder properties, and make sure the user you are logged in as has full read/write access. I can show examples but i am on my phone right now

Basically right click it go to properties then security and you will see the perms.
