VPS for WoW Private Server
What size VPS do you think would be good for a World of Warcraft private server/realm? Cheapest way possible please.

How many users are you planning to host?
Please remember wow private servers might qualify as illegal software. NFO might prefer you host elsewhere.

I don't believe it is illegal persay, more against the ToS of the World of Warcraft client itself. It is a fine line between that though, and I really don't think you would need much. NFO servers are capable of quite a bit, I would say no more than a 3 core, you may be able to squeeze out good performance with a 2 core.

I know it is "illeagle" and I haven't choosen NFOservers, This is just the place I came to for help.

It would be best to order something like the 2 core, and check memory usage, and upgrade if necessary. If i remember correctly the one I used took just under 1GB of ram with a few players. 2GB would probably be OK for a small server.

Running a world of warcraft emulator to run a private server is illegal and please remember if we are contacted by blizzard we would have to shut your server down. I do not recommend running a private WoW server.
