NETWORK DON'T WORKING IN MY VIRTUAL SERVER

HELLO GUYS.
I ORDER A VIRTUAL SERVER OF NFO SERVERS that runs Windows Server 2008 R2.
WHEN I ACESS MY VIRTUAL SERVER BY VNC CONSOLE , THE NETWORK OF MY VIRTUAL SERVER ISN'T WORKING , THE VIRTUAL SERVER THAT I BOUGHT COME FOR ME WITHOUT INTERNET ACESS. I DON'T KNOW HOW TO SOLVE IT. LOOK IMAGE FOR SEE WHATS HAPPENNING.

Someone can help me? Because i'm trying on suport of nfo servers and my problem don't is going to be solved!
