phpMyAdmin not loading

Hello, when i try to access the phpMyAdmin page on my webhosting I get this error.

Have you tried doing a fresh install of phpMyAdmin via the autoinstallers tab?

Yes, I got the support to completely wipe the hosting and I still get this error. It first happened after I changed the website domain.

Try connecting to your servers FTP and manually removing all phpMyAdmin files then triggering a re-install via the autoinstallers tab in your control panel.
