VDS UTC set incorrectly

VDS UTC set incorrectly

Machine is showing EST as UTC. This causes OAUTH to fail.
Please correct the "hardware" clock to UTC as so many systems rely on this.

The hardware clock uses local time because Windows requires this. If you use a Linux-based OS, you can modify its configuration to understand that the system clock is local (this is something that all of them support). Alternately, you could fiddle with the control on the "Server control" page, but keep in mind that the system local time will include daylight savings, so you may need to re-adjust it twice a year if you take that route.
