Setting up IIS FTP

I can't seem to get my FTP working on my VDS

Response: 220 Microsoft FTP Service
Command: USER XXXXX
Response: 331 Password required
Command: PASS ************
Response: 530 User cannot log in.
Error: Critical error
Error: Could not connect to server

Do you have this user set up in the correct groups to allow him to log in remotely? Is the user able to use Remote Desktop?

I recommend using a 3rd party FTP daemon instead of IIS, to allow you to decouple it from Windows logins.
