Server Rates

Hi, I have a two core VPS, and im running a TTT 66 tick, 24 slot gmod server, on Windows 2008. There is alot of confusing information about server rates, I think I have the max and minrate set properly but i am unsure about the the other rates. If anyone here has advice for best optimization please let me know.

Note: If theirs any commands I should add please let me know aswell

TTT maps tend to have a lot of props that can be moved in-game. This generates a lot of entity data, and when you get a lot of data being transferred you can end up getting choke pretty easy. To counter this, raise net_splitpacket_maxrate from its default of only 15000, to something like 150000.

If you have FPS issues(sv: under net_graph 4) make sure sv_parallel_sendsnapshot is set to 1.
