TTT Server Auto Donation Help

Hey guys, is there anyone that can help me set up any type of donation for the server. Preferably an auto donation that would make them vip and give them points and stuff but if not i could just do it my self. All I need is that it requires them to sign in to steam or input there steam name. Im kinda new so a step by step tutorial would help add me on steam @ KingMamba I could pay if i need to
