Your payment failed and your subscription has not been started.
Specifically, the billing agreement was cancelled through Paypal; please add a new payment source, switch to it, and remove this one from your account.
I was forced to leave NFO for about a month and I cancelled all of my services but I have come back and I have tried to order a Garry's Mod server and this message came up when I try to purchase it with Paypal. How can I fix this so I can use my paypal to purchase it?

This error means that the original billing agreement was cancelled via Paypal and not via our system. You'll need to remove Paypal as a source on your account and re-add it so a new agreement can be created.
