config permissions

ok..on my server i'm running admin mod, amx mod....admin is commented out

my admins have this

"cefijnuz" "ce"

but they are still able to change the configs...

which i though was this

or at least that's what the user.ini file says....

Fixed that

it's the costome level "u" which gives em amx_cfgmenu..then they can load em from there. sux but that's the way it is.
