we have gone full exclusive Internap and there is no such thing as free bandwidth.

It may look like that on the site, but its not like that. Just distinguished between the locations.

if you want LA, you get Internap LA, which is priced at old Level3 pricing.

You get what you pay for in bandwidth quality.

Since you're on Adelphia, your ping will drop by about 20, bringing the routing back to what it was before.
