This might be a more difficult question to be answered, So here I go.
I found this plugin that will allow my "First time users" create an account on the forums. However the addon states that it needs mysqloo. The SVN needs to have the redirectory to the server file "path/to/server/garrysmod/lua/bin". However I cannot seem to find that file redirectory. On the addon information it states that if i dont have that file i need to create it. But I would be creating a hole directory because my server does not have the file "path/to/server" unless however all the files in the FTP are redirected through "path/to/server".

It sounds like they intend for the SVN contents to be downloaded to your garrysmod/lua/bin folder. We don't support syncing to folders other than "addons" and "gamemodes", so if that's the case, you may need to upload the files by hand.
