CS:GO on VDS [unconnectable]

Hi,
I'm trying to host a CS:GO server on my VDS & I'm having no luck connecting to it...

I'd really appreciate if one of you guys could take a quick look.

The server is starting exactly as it should, but an attempt to connect to the port replies back with "Connection refused".

Windows Firewall is turned off...

I know that the server is opening the port 27015 because I can see it on Process Hacker.

Please help, it's very urgent !
