servers missing one slot

so i just bought a server yesterday for 20 slots and when i look at it in the map list on gmod it says only 19. is this because its still in the free trial period?

Type status in the server console, what is the output? Have you configured any reserved slots in ulx? It may hide the slot for people with access to use when the server is 19/19.
