Backups are taken automatically each week, starting on the day you signed up. If you need one restored please open a request via the "help" tab in your control panel and we can do this for you.

There are also ways to download your server files automatically using something like wget on linux. There are some paid tools that can backup from FTP servers as well, I have used http://www.emtec.com/pyrobatchftp/ but it can end up using a lot of space if you backup folders like maps/other game binaries.
