can I get some one to turn my fire wall off I clicked it on by accident and it booted me out of remote now I can get back on.

Connect using VNC and you can disable it yourself.
If you are on a dedicated server, you need to open a ticket and have John look into it for you.

my password is not working and yes it is the right password

^^by that I mean VCN does not recognise my password when I try to login to the server.

VNC doesn't recognize your password, or the OS doesn't recognize your password?
