Connection Problem

Greetings!
I'm trying to set-up a maplestory server on a 2gb ram vds I bought here,
it's current OS is windows 2003.
I have a small connection problem (for those who might know the game, the problem is that it disconnects after the pic), I assume the problem is something to do with the ports.
the ports that I need to "open" are 7575-7579 and 8484, also they seem to be working since http://www.checkmyports.net/ shows that they are open while the batis listeningto them.
I downloaded hamachi on the vds to confirm that there is nothing wrong with the coding, to make sure that the problem is not with the MapleStory server's bat and with the hamachi it worked.
If anyone might know clues of how I can handle this it will be much appriciated!
