I am attempting to purchase a VPS using the method of Paypal, But when i add the payment type. It gives me no option to purchase the VPS in the User Control Panel.
It'd be great if someone could tell me how, thanks.

Have you tried using the VNC console tab of our control panel to ensure the OS booted correctly?
