Connection error with xbox?

Please try not to post content-free replies as it makes the thread more confusing and harder to track. From the trace routes it looks like Microsoft is blocking that IP from their network. I'm not sure why they'd do that, though.

You could try contacting them to see if they can remove the block, or you could try switching to a different IP to see if that fixes it.

MS said they aren't blocking the ip

it has to be something on nfo end

I even talked with high level mS agents and they said MS isnt blocking any ips

The trace route shows the connection isn't being made. Did you show them this? I also wouldn't expect standard MS agents to be able to see if a single IP was being blocked on there network.

yes i mentioned everything,

they confirmed they were not blocking me


they actually told me to run a traceroute on xbox as well

i already gave ms the traceroute they said it was my isp blocking them

Can you ask them how they came to that conclusion? You should also ask them for a reverse trace as well.

they checked with highher up people

I'm going to assume that they have some automated VPN/proxy blocking happening. I also tested from multiple locations and each time it failed.
