What happens if I don't pay?

Hello. I cannot create a topic in the "payments" sub-forum. So I'm putting it here.

Recently I had money in my bank account; enough money to pay for a monthly service. Now I no longer have the amount of money necessary after my trial is over. What happens to all of my stuff? Will it all be deleted, or will the server just shut down while my files are kept safe, and ready to be used/server ready to be turned on once I pay again?

We allow a 24 hours grace-period for all customers before their server will shutdown. Once it gets shutdown it goes into a disabled state. Once in that state we will keep all files and your IP for two weeks. During those two weeks you can re-activate the server and pick up exactly where you left off. Once that period is up the files will be deleted and the IP will be released.
