Hello, can please somebody help me how do i install dproto on my cs server?

You're not going to find assistance for that here. Running dproto violates Valve's and thus our ToS.

but i saw too many cs servers from nfo have dproto....

If they are running dproto, they certainly didn't receive help from nfo support in doing it.
