Okay, so there is an admin mod on my server, called Exsto.. Its for Garry's Mod. How would I set up the mysql? Well what I mean is how would I set up the database? Would I put it as it shows (lobsterbuild_exsto) or just exsto?

any database you create on your webhosting has a prefix that matches your package name. The full database name is displayed on the databases tab of your control panel.

If your package name is "lobsterbuild" and you create a database named "exsto", the database name would be "lobsterbuild_exsto".
