L4D2 Server Help

Hey guys, I just got two L4D2 servers as well as two CS:GO servers through you guys.
So far I must say I'm very happy with the service. The control panel is about as Noob-friendly as you can get!

My little brother plays on the L4D2 servers all the time. He is trying to get the settings to be on Survival game mode for one of the servers. It's currently on Campaign for both of the servers.

I'd like one of them to be Campaign and the other to be Survival mode.
Sorry if I sound like a noob, this is my first time running my own servers.

We tried the:
"map c3m1_plankcountry survival" and there is no timer at the top, and no one can join as far as I know.

How do I get to the server.cfg? Is it in my control panel on the NFO website? Sorry I'm a total nub at this.

Also both of my CS servers are down, but my L4D2 servers are up. Any reason why?

You can access your server.cfg file by navigating to the File manager tab in your control panel, and then scrolling down through the drop down menu, near the top of the page, until you reach the cfg/server.cfg file. You may then make sure Edit is selected and press submit to make changes.

Also I was reading somewhere about adding your servers to your steam group by editing it through the server.cfg file. Anyone here tried this before? Thanks

Sorry for all the questions, I'm totally new to all of this and trying to get my CS:GO clan off the ground, and I bought a server for my little brother to play L4D2 on as well.

Also I cannot connect to my public cs;go server. I can connect to the 12 man but when I add this address to favorites it doesn't show up. Any clue why?
