you are unable to gm_spawnvehicle

Yeah so basically I have TDM cars and every time I try to spawn it,it says "you are unable to gm_spawnvehicle" I don't know what to do because I am a super admin and everything but it wont let me spawn cars.Anyone have suggestions or ideas to fix it?

Go to:
darkrpmodification\lua\darkrp_config\settings.lua, edit this line:

GM.Config.adminvehicles = 3

0: everyone
1: admin
2: super admin
3: rcon only
