admin_restartround does not work

Access levels are correct. admin typed it correctly, yet it won't work.

Any ideas?

Did you follow the FAQ exactly? Did you restart your server? Could you better define "won't work"?

Does this FAQ question and response apply to you?

Q: I can't seem to use the commands admin_t or admin_ct, or admin_restartround, or admin_restrictweapon, or anything like that. How do I fix this?
A: Uncomment the line "addons/adminmod/scripts/plugin_CS.amx" in plugin.ini by removing the ; or # at the beginning of the line.

I had the exact same issue when i first got my server, removing the '#' from the line fixed it right away.
