Restrict Ceratin Items

Hello i am looking for help with my sandbox server i need to restrick ceratin like guns and like tools i have no idea how to i have ulx please help me i need to make like nukes admins only. thanks!

Yes i have that already and i found the tool restrictions but how do i restrict an item like in the m9k specalties called the davy crockett and i dont want them to use that how do i restrict items like that alswell?
