Cant Spawn Workshop Addons

When I get workshop addons for my server like SCars I cant spawn anything when I click on it my friends cant ether. I'm fairly new to this kind of stuff.
Things Ive done.

For this viewtopic.php?f=65&t=7337 just remember you cannot add all workshop collection. and when you download the addon your going to need to use a gmad converter so you can place the Materials/Models into your server.
