If I remember correctly, we do not support any type of schema databases here. Which is likely why this error is being thrown.

This error usually means that you're trying to create a MySQL procedure (aka function or routine), which you would not have permissions do to. Were you trying to import a .sql file that defined one?

I have had the same issues trying to do functions and procedures in cPanel using phpMyadmin.
You can't do it unless your logged in as the root user.
I have several sites and use VDS hosting, so I have access to WHM panel and do it from there. If your only using a web hosting only account, you could ask support if they would login as root users and run the script for you, but that's only if they are willing.
